Information from Google OAuth
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following information from Google:
- Email address (used as your account identifier)
- Google account ID (used to securely link your Google account to your PatternSplit account)
We do not collect your Google profile information, contacts, photos, or any other data beyond what is necessary for authentication.

- Authentication Provider: Google LLC for OAuth-based sign-in
- Bot Protection: Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention

Note: Our Google OAuth client configuration is shared with a related project operated by the same company (Forresten ODM). This sharing is limited to technical configuration (client ID and secret) only. No user data is shared between the two services.

Google OAuth authentication uses the industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol with state parameter validation to prevent authorization code injection attacks.

- Google account ID: Retained until you disconnect Google OAuth or delete your account
- Uploaded files: Automatically deleted immediately after processing
- Generated PDFs: Automatically deleted after 2 days
